Instructions

  1. Season the meat with salt and sear it hard in batches.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic, then briefly roast the paprika powder along.
  3. Deglaze with wine, add stock and bay leaves and braise for 90 minutes.
  4. Add carrots and potatoes and cook along for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in the peas and season to taste.
