Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 1 kg stewing beef
2 onions- 3 carrots
2 potatoes
100 g peas
4 garlic cloves- 200 ml red wine
1 tbsp paprika powder
2 bay leaves- 400 ml beef stock
Instructions
- Season the meat with salt and sear it hard in batches.
- Sauté onions and garlic, then briefly roast the paprika powder along.
- Deglaze with wine, add stock and bay leaves and braise for 90 minutes.
- Add carrots and potatoes and cook along for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the peas and season to taste.
