- 4 eggs
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 40 g butter
- Pul biber
- Dill
Instructions
- Stir the yogurt with grated garlic and salt, spread onto plates.
- Poach the eggs in simmering vinegar water for 3 min.
- Foam the butter with pul biber.
- Set the eggs on the yogurt, drizzle with paprika butter, add dill.
