  1. Stir the yogurt with grated garlic and salt, spread onto plates.
  2. Poach the eggs in simmering vinegar water for 3 min.
  3. Foam the butter with pul biber.
  4. Set the eggs on the yogurt, drizzle with paprika butter, add dill.
