Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 250 g fine bulgur
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- Pomegranate molasses
- Scallions
- Parsley, mint
- Lemon
Instructions
- Pour hot water over the bulgur and let it swell for 10 min.
- Work in the pepper paste, oil and pomegranate molasses.
- Fold in the herbs and scallions.
- Season with lemon, serve in lettuce leaves.
