- 40 grape leaves
- 200 g rice
- 2 onions
- Pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Lemon
Instructions
- Sauté the rice with onions, spices and oil.
- Roll the filling up in the grape leaves.
- Pack tightly into the pot, cover with water and lemon.
- Weight down and simmer for 45 min., serve lukewarm.
