Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 600 g prawns, peeled
8 garlic cloves- 2 dried chillies
150 ml olive oil- 1 splash of sherry
Parsley
Salt
Instructions
- Slice the garlic thinly and let it turn gently golden in the olive oil.
- Add the chillies, then fry the prawns over high heat for 2 minutes.
- Deglaze with a splash of sherry and season with salt.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve sizzling in the earthenware dish.
