- 500 g flour
- 150 ml oil
- Tahini (optional)
- Salt
- Boiled eggs, to serve
Instructions
- Knead the dough and divide into oiled balls, rest for a long time.
- Stretch paper-thin, fold and roll into a spiral.
- Rest again.
- Bake at 220 °C until golden, serve with egg and çay.
