- 4 slices rustic bread
- 3 very ripe tomatoes
- 4 tbsp good olive oil
1 garlic clove

Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden.
- Halve the tomatoes and grate them to a purée on a coarse grater.
- Rub the bread with the garlic clove and spread the tomato purée on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt – best with a café con leche.
