Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 400 g fideuà noodles (short thin noodles)
300 g prawns- 300 g mussels
- 200 g squid
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 pinch of saffron- 1 l fish stock
3 garlic cloves
Olive oil- Alioli
Instructions
- Briefly sear the seafood and take it out.
- Prepare a sofrito from onion, garlic and tomatoes.
- Add the noodles and toast until golden – this gives the typical flavour.
- Pour in the hot stock with the saffron and cook for 8 minutes.
- Lay the seafood on top and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the noodle tips stand up.
- Serve with alioli.
