Instructions

  1. Briefly sear the seafood and take it out.
  2. Prepare a sofrito from onion, garlic and tomatoes.
  3. Add the noodles and toast until golden – this gives the typical flavour.
  4. Pour in the hot stock with the saffron and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Lay the seafood on top and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the noodle tips stand up.
  6. Serve with alioli.
