Ingredients · for 6 servings
400 g flour
100 ml olive oil- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 2 red bell peppers
2 onions
1 aubergine
2 tomatoes
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt
Instructions
- Knead a dough from flour, oil, water, yeast and salt and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Cut the vegetables into strips and braise them slowly in olive oil until soft.
- Roll the dough out thinly onto a baking tray.
- Spread the vegetables evenly, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 210 °C for 25 minutes and cut into strips while lukewarm.
