Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from flour, oil, water, yeast and salt and let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Cut the vegetables into strips and braise them slowly in olive oil until soft.
  3. Roll the dough out thinly onto a baking tray.
  4. Spread the vegetables evenly, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake at 210 °C for 25 minutes and cut into strips while lukewarm.
